On modern Windows PCs
The original Pro Edition comes from the early Windows DirectX era; the official download page explains how to run it on current systems with dgVoodoo2. In parallel, a technically renewed 64-bit edition is being tested in 2026 and does not require that compatibility layer. It is an early test build, may contain severe bugs and is available through playtesting.de after sign-in and access approval.
