Potato Escape
A potato, one merciless fork and an escape through dynamic levels: the biggest mobile success of the studio’s early years.
One-tap · endless runner
The game
The potato runs automatically while one tap jumps over kitchen hazards, other food and gaps. Accessible runner play, a comic lead character and constantly recombined sections made Potato Escape Adrastea’s best-known mobile game.

What to expect
One-finger escape
Automatic running reduces input to jump timing: instantly readable, yet demanding quick reactions.
Dynamic levels
Recombined hazards and collectibles keep every escape moving.
Multiple heroes
The Gold edition added three characters with distinct physics and abilities, while the free version remained fully playable with one character.

The potato that refused to end up on a plate
The humorous conflict gave a very simple control concept an immediate personality. Michael Kriftner created the defining potato character, while Adrastea handled game technology, dynamic levels, mobile publishing and monetisation. The free edition used advertising; the Gold edition expanded the playable cast and experience.

A historic store success
Documented total reach passed seven figures. A later Apple listing still showed roughly 4.4 stars from 975 ratings in the US view; figures varied by territory and date. Today, Potato Escape is presented as part of the archive, not as a currently supported download.
