Privacy notice
This website uses no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking. This notice explains the limited technical data that is still processed.

2. Website access and server logs
When a page is requested, the web server processes technical connection data. This may include the full IP address, date and time, requested URL, HTTP method, status code, amount of data transferred, referring page, and browser and operating-system information from the user agent.
This processing is necessary to deliver content, detect faults and protect the service. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. Logs are generally kept for up to 14 days and then deleted. Entries connected to a specific security incident may be retained longer while the incident is investigated and evidence secured.
3. Hosting
The website runs on server infrastructure in Germany. The technical infrastructure provider and processor is Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The provider processes server data only for hosting and under our instructions. Hetzner privacy policy ↗
4. Language selection and essential cookie
On first access, the language preference sent by your browser may be evaluated temporarily to choose English or German. It is not stored as a separate user profile.
If you explicitly select a language flag, we store the cookie “preferred_language” with the value “de” or “en” for 365 days. It applies to the path “/”, is host-only and is set with “Secure” and “SameSite=Lax”. It is used solely to remember your chosen language on later visits.
Storage is necessary for the language function you request under section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. To the extent the language choice is personal data, processing relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in a user-friendly multilingual website. You may delete the cookie in your browser at any time; the language will then be selected again from the URL or browser setting.
5. No analytics, advertising or embedded third-party content
adrasteagames.com uses no analytics identifiers, marketing pixels, advertising cookies or user accounts. Fonts, icons, images and videos are loaded locally from this website. No YouTube, Steam, Discord or social-media widgets are embedded automatically. This means no consent banner for non-essential cookies is required.
6. External links
Links to Steam, Discord, YouTube, ChampionshipSoccer.net, Kartenblitz, Schnellquiz, playtesting.de and other clearly marked destinations connect to the respective provider only after you click. From that point, the external provider processes data under its own terms. Simply viewing this website does not transmit a visitor identifier to those services.
7. Contact by email or telephone
A “mailto” link opens your own email application. We receive the message content and your contact details only when you send it. We use this information to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding.
Enquiries are deleted once fully resolved unless statutory retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require longer storage. During a statutory retention period, processing is restricted to that purpose.
8. Requirement to provide data and automated decisions
You are not obliged to provide personal data. The website cannot be transmitted without technically necessary connection data. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
9. Your rights
Where the legal requirements are met, you have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21). Any consent could be withdrawn at any time for the future; however, this website does not base the processing described here on consent.
To exercise your rights, email datenschutz@adrastea.com. Where there are reasonable doubts, we may request additional information to confirm your identity.
10. Right to lodge a complaint
Under Article 77 GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. Our competent authority is in particular:

Promenade 18
91522 Ansbach
Postal address: Postfach 1349, 91504 Ansbach
Telephone: +49 (0)981 180093-0
